Good news, Nuts and Bolts:
You have an in-house marketing department.
(We’re upstairs and to the left.)
Well, this is a coincidence. You are a local chain of hardware stores with an office at 4707 College Blvd. We recently opened a boutique advertising and design company on the 2nd floor of the same building. And guess what? During our careers, we have created campaigns for Westlake Ace Hardware, McCoy’s Building Supply Centers, Tractor Supply Company and Home Depot. Not to mention companies like YRC Freight, Children’s Mercy Hospital, McDonald’s, Sonic Drive In and others. Call it destiny. Call it coincidence. Or better yet, let’s call the Business Journal and tell them we’re working together.
Since it seems like it was meant to be, we went ahead and put some of our work on this site. Take a look and see what you think. And if you ever need anything, we’re upstairs and to the left. Suite 201.
"I've spent a RIDICULOUS amount of time at Nuts & Bolts."
Jim is a bit of a nerd. In his spare time he likes to build robot sculptures from discarded and vintage items. Jim was not allowed to weld anything as his wife was certain he'd burn the house down. So everything is held together by connective hardware, plumbing parts, electrical pieces, but never EVER glue. Finding a good assortment of hardware to be repurposed led Jim to Nuts & Bolts. He spent literally hours walking up and down the aisles getting weird looks from customers every couple of weeks. After a few visits, the staff would ask what he was making this time, and got to know that the continual look of confusion and the constant back-and-forth between departments was completely normal.
Here are some of the works Nuts and Bolts helped create below.
